未来を引きよせる知と創造の中枢。バーチャルとリアルが交差し、あえて訪れたくなるオフィスへ。
株式会社Speeeは、「解き尽くす。未来を引きよせる。」というコーポレートミッションのもと、データドリブンな事業開発の連鎖でデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を推進する企業です。不動産DX事業、マーケティングDX事業、その他事業など幅広い領域に展開しています。
本プロジェクトは、社員数増加に伴った移転ということで、子会社も含めた全事業部を六本木グランドタワーに集約させました。デザインの主軸は「UP GRADE」。以前のオフィスのテイストは残しつつ、よりラグジュアリーな要素をプラスした空間を作り上げました。 社内外の憩いの場であるラウンジ中央には、アイキャッチとなる直径5mのSpeeeロゴを模した円形本棚を配置しています。
本棚内部には樹木を模したオブジェにプロジェクションマッピングで映像が映し出されるようになっており、会社紹介やブランディング、面接で来られた方々へのメッセージなど、多岐にわたる想いの伝達ツールとして産声を上げたところです。 リモートだけでは伝わらない空気感や360度のイメージ映像、内部に響き渡る音感など、バーチャルとリアルが融合するような演出を施すことで、「あえてオフィスに来たくなる」ような空間づくりを目指しました。

In response to rapid organizational growth, all business units and subsidiaries were consolidated into Roppongi Grand Tower. Guided by the concept of “UP GRADE,” the new office elevates the previous design with more luxurious elements. At its center stands a five-meter circular bookshelf shaped after the Speee logo, serving as a striking lounge centerpiece.
The bookshelf houses a tree-inspired sculpture enhanced with projection mapping, delivering corporate stories, branding visuals, and messages for visitors. Through immersive lighting, 360-degree imagery, and enveloping sound, the space blends virtual and real experiences—creating an office people actively want to visit.
